Churchill Orthopedic Rehabilitation is made up of a well trained and accomplished team that puts its patients first. One thing you can count on at COR is the same great treatment, every time. Our physical therapists are always present to walk you through an individually tailored treatment program and ensure that you are informed and empowered at every milestone in your rehabilitation. What our patients appreciate most is the personable atmosphere at COR. Everyone is greeted by a cheerful voice when coming through our doors and our Facility Assistants are always on the sidelines ready with a tasty treat or refreshing drink! Stephen has been at the forefront of Orthopedic Physical Therapy since graduation with highest honors from Boston University in 1977. He founded Churchill Orthopedic Rehabilitation in 2003.
John
John’s orthopedic physical therapy experience spans over 45 years and has become a well known and highly regarded specialist in the orthopedic and dental communities.
Matthew-Gavzy
Matthew earned his Associates in Applied Science as Physical Therapist Assistant in 2004 from Bergen Community College where he graduated Phi Theta Kappa and tops in his class.
Rachel Feldman
Rachel earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Hunter College. Before attending graduate school, Rachel graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
Carley-Schleien
Dr. Carley Schleien earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University, with advanced coursework in Adult Neuro-Rehabilitation.
Sherein
Sherein earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University where she completed the Advanced Orthopedic track.
Evelyn
Evelyn, our sweet and friendly Facility Aide, brightens up the clinic with her sunny smile every Monday and Wednesday afternoon.
Tommy-1
Tommy is a facility aide and has been with Churchill Orthopedic Rehabilitation for a year. He is there to help our patients Monday- Friday.
