Steven founded Churchill Orthopedic Rehabilitation in 2003 and is a member of the Orthopedic section of the American Physical Therapy Association. Renowned for his expertise in treating orthopedic injuries such as those of the shoulder, spine, foot/ankle, and sports-related injuries, Steve specializes in shoulder rehabilitation and the Mulligan technique for joint and spinal mobilization. He continuously updates his knowledge through research and education to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field, inspiring his team to pursue ongoing learning and professional growth.

At COR, Steve has fulfilled his professional dream, working with esteemed colleagues in a caring, positive, and healing environment. He has helped create a workplace that is welcoming, engaging, effective, and enjoyable for both patients and staff, often remarking that it hardly feels like "work."

Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Steve can often be found straightening pictures and leveling blinds in the clinic. Despite his precision, he is a laid-back individual who handles stress with ease. Residing in Leonia with his wife and golden doodle, Steve is active in community activities and enjoys road cycling, reading, and visiting the beach year-round.
