Jonathan Burgos , Shannon Ruffinelli  and Tommy O’Connor

At our clinic, our team members play crucial roles in delivering exceptional care and service. Shannon Ruffinelli, our medical receptionist with over 20 years of experience, expertly manages appointment scheduling, patient intake, and insurance verifications. She warmly greets each patient and ensures their visit starts smoothly. In her free time, Shannon enjoys exploring new restaurants, walking her dog Lucy, and spending time with family.

Our facility assistants Thomas O’Connor and Jonathan Burgos work to ensure clinic flow and provide constant support to our patients and clinicians by anticipating their needs and are therefore able to deliver unmatched customer service. John and Tommy are integral members of our team and are one of the main reasons COR can deliver efficient and pristine care to all of our patients. Tommy (photographed on the right) is a Teaneck native and has worked for COR for the past 5 years. His organizational excellence and encouraging attitude towards our pateint's rehabilitation makes him an MVP at COR. When he is not assisting our patients, he loves spending time with his dog Ryder, instructing aspiring youth in basketball and baseball, and catching one of his favorite sports teams games on TV. John (photographed on the left) grew up in the Bronx and spent 4 years proudly serving in the military as a combat engineer. He has a passion for fitness and health and wellness. His kind and charismatic personality is one of the many ways John contributes to our team.
