Shoulder Rehabilitation

Our therapists are adept at treating shoulder issues, including both non-operative and post-operative care. In fact, our reputation is built on the individual attention we pay to you and the long-standing relationship we have with local orthopedists, including shoulder and elbow specialists at Columbia University Medical Center and Hospital for Special Surgery. A majority of each session is spent on manual therapy techniques to address pain, swelling soft tissue restriction and motion. Then, strengthening is accomplished with both manual techniques and equipment.
