Women’s Health

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles in the bottom of the pelvis that provides support for the internal organs and allows for urinary, bowel and sexual function. With dysfunction of the pelvic floor, a number of conditions can arise that can be painful and restrictive.

Our specially trained Women’s Health therapist provides individualized treatments including manual therapy, exercises, and education for:

  • Diastasis Recti Abdomini (DRA) AKA Abdominal muscle separation
  • Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction (SIJ)
  • Pelivc Girdle Pain (SPD)
  • Urinary incontinence and urgency
    pregnancy/postpartum
  • C-section, episiotomy, and other scar restrictions
  • Painful penetration/intercourse
  • Painful GYN exams or tampon Insertion
  • A feeling of heaviness in your pelvis AKA Prolapse Uterus
  • Pelvic Pain
  • Urine leakage and or urgency
